Zodia - 慟哭 (Doukoku)

Lyrics: Yuu
Music: Zodia

Kanji:
Kill me

Crazy

Translation: Lamentation
I feel in the skin, a thirst for blood similar to the coagulating rough sky
I forget as much as breathing, fearing the despair of lamentation, Kill me

Scatter into pieces, without a hue[1] of death’s arrival
For the past[2] that no longer returns to you who completely changed
Grudge, hatred, sorrow, grief
Give back…give back…my finger

Rotting eyes, a filthy scene, a stench, let them drift about
Before the pieces of you disappear, it becomes one inside my mouth, Crazy

I want to feel the craze fluttering into small pieces
The halfhearted you[3] intertwining with my tongue
Eventually, everything returns to this blood
The streaming life, and you, headed somewhere

Scatter into pieces, without a hue of death’s arrival
For the past that no longer returns to you who completely changed
Grudge, hatred, sorrow, grief
Give back…give back…my finger

Notes:
[1] Translated from 彩り(irodori), meaning 'color', but I felt that 'hue' sounded better lyrically.
[2] Sang as "とき"(toki) meaning 'time'.
[3] Sang as "にく"(niku) meaning 'flesh'. The preceding word “halfhearted”(生温い,namanurui) can also mean “lukewarm”, and therefore “lukewarm flesh”.
