THE TEENAGE KISSERS - VIOLENT LIPS

Lyrics: Nana Kitade
Music: Hideo Nekota

Kanji:
黄金のフィンガー 跳ねるヴィーナス 濡れるバッドホール
サイケデリックなキャンディー 溶けてリップスティック 垂れるレインボー

眼を閉じてヴァイオレンス 笑うジーザス 誘うボーイフレンド
サディスティックかじるフェアリー キメてバッドラック シュガーベイビー

Good girls go to heaven
Bad girls go everywhere

退屈なムービー 焦らすアクター 廻るモンスター
夢の国でah ah 燃えてプリンセス 焦がすドーピー

差し出してクリスタル 白いジュース こぼれ落ちた
ノスタルジックなバースデー 甘いキャンドル ストロベリーナイト

Good girls go to heaven
Bad girls go everywhere

Freedom もっと Freedom

Good girls go to heaven
Bad girls go everywhere

Romaji:
ougon no FINGA-    haneru VE-NASU    nureru BADDO HO-RU
SAIKEDERIKKU na KYANDI-    tokete RIPPUSUTIKKU    tareru REINBO-

me o tojite VAIORENSU    warau JI-ZASU    sasou BO-IFURENDO
SADISUTIKKU kajiru FEARI-    kimete BADDORAKKU    SHUGA- BEIBI-

Good girls go to heaven
Bad girls go everywhere

taikutsu na MU-BI- jirasu AKUTA- mawaru MONSUTA-
yume no kuni de ah ah moete PURINSESU kogasu DO-PI-

sashidashite KURISUTARU shiroi JU-SU koboreochita
NOSUTARUJIKKU na BA-SUDE- amai KYANDORU SUTOROBERI-NAITO

Good girls go to heaven
Bad girls go everywhere

Freedom motto Freedom

Good girls go to heaven
Bad girls go everywhere

Translation:
Golden finger, skipping Venus, wet bad hall[1]
Psychedelic candy, melting lipstick, drooping rainbow

Close your eyes violently, laughing Jesus, inviting boyfriend
Sadistic biting fairy, chosen bad luck, sugar baby

Good girls go to heaven
Bad girls go everywhere

Boring movies, teasing actors, wandering monsters
At the land of dreams, ah ah, passionate princess, burning dopey[2]

Offered by a crystal, white juice, spilling over
Nostalgic birthday, sweet candle, strawberry night

Good girls go to heaven
Bad girls go everywhere

Freedom, more Freedom

Good girls go to heaven
Bad girls go everywhere

Notes:
[1] I have no idea what "BADDO HO-RU" is supposed to mean. I googled it in katakana and got results defining it as "butt hole", but I sure as hell hope that a sweet person like Nana isn't actually writing about butt holes! Moreover, the preceding word "濡れる"(nureru) roughly translates as "to get wet". Now, that's rather suggestive isn't it. But to be real, you can look at the word separately as "bad" and "hall", in which "hall" can refer to a concert or dance hall. Thus, I came to the conclusion that perhaps she is referring to a moist bad dance hall.
[2] I couldn't find reliable results for this word, but I think "dopey" seems most correct.

edit 01.01.17: Found a mistake on the second line in the translation! It has been changed to "drooping rainbow".

  1. Sorry to be that person but... HO-RU can be Hole too, and it makes all the sense then XD
It is interesting to say that this is right because, as you said, she is a sweet person and so said Bad Hole, not that other word. And she is talking about a good girl and a bad girl, why not? Just my thoughts... I don't even know why i decided to make this comment, never listen (just now) and do not like the song haha

    1. Don't worry about it! I love getting feedback about my translations! I do see your point and it makes some sense. I just didn't want to think that Nana was writing something super suggestive, haha. Well, the lyrics are quite weird anyway so maybe it doesn't matter what I translate it to. I did make some changes though.

This song is actually my least favorite of theirs. If you don't know much about them their other stuff are worth listening to. ^^
