Kanji: 籠目歌ノ呪縛
夕暮れに鳥が鳴く遠い遠い昔の記憶
籠目歌遊んでたあの頃へは帰れぬまま
置き去りの想いが僕を縛る
君が居ない広がるだけの空白に
僕は独り赤を添えて
君が好きだった方へ
また会いましょう
籠の中で笑う君に届かない
夜明けの晩に隠れて消えて滲んだのは僕の首…

English: The Cursed Song of Kagome
A far distant memory where a bird sings at dusk
Unable to return to the time we played the song of Kagome[1]
These feelings we left behind bind me
In the emptiness where the absence of you only spreads
I embellish it in red alone
Let's meet again
To the place where you liked
I cannot reach you who is laughing inside a cage
What hid away and revealed itself in the evening of dawn was my neck...[2]
Goodbye

Translation notes:
[1] The song of Kagome is a reference to the chant sang in "Kagome Kagome", which is a Japanese children's game. See wiki for more info.
[2] I had a bit of trouble translating this line because of the word 滲む(nijimu) which has various meanings. I initially thought that it meant "to blur", but it didn't make much sense in the translation so I then figured out that one other definition, "to reveal itself", made the most sense. With this translation it's easier to understand that Karma is referring to the swinging motion of himself hanging, where the neck hides and reveals itself in the shadows.
edit: Thanks to hiroki for the suggestion, 滲む can also mean "to be soaked" (ex. in blood) which also works well in this context. In addition to this, 首(kubi) literally meaning "neck" can also mean "a decapitated head" or "cut off neck". Thus, if you put these together you also get the notion that what hid away and was soaked (in blood) was his cut off neck.
